At HairRani, we provide high-quality hair extensions that meet your expectations. We understand that sometimes you might need to make an exchange, and we want to make this process as smooth as possible. Please review our return & exchange policy below.

No Refunds or Exchange, Limited Returns Only
for domestic customers

Return Eligibility: We are happy to offer our clients the opportunity to make limited returns and exchanges under specific criteria to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. 

Defective or Wrong Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order at support@hairrani.com. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include an exchange or store credit.

Products Ineligible For Return or Exchange:

• All custom orders and sale items are not eligible for exchange.
• Accessories such as the easy messy bun and curly topknots
• Products purchased in-person from pop-ups, exhibitions or studio appointments
• Improper application, care or styling of products, including excessive use of heat, colouring, cutting, or chemical treatments, may void any resolution for defective items. 

Our products are made from high-quality, 100% genuine human hair. We recommend following our care instructions closely.

To avoid having an issue with exchange or returns, please contact us directly on instagram to get a FREE colour match. Or book an appointment to come see us in person in our studio. 

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@hairrani.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item and will be charged a AED20 restocking fee.
