Shipping policy

Free Shipping

HairRani provides free standard shipping across the Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah on all orders above AED 250. All other emirates can avail free shipping on orders over AED 350. All orders are charged 5% VAT. 

Typically, we process and ship orders within 24 hours of your purchase (exclusing custom and pre-orders). We use express shipping to ship all our packages and most orders arrive within 2-3 business days (3-5 business days for further 4 emirates) after shipping. Please note that occasional delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Shipping confirmation and tracking are available via email as soon as your order ships.

Same-day delivery is available on non-customized orders within Dubai placed before 12pm for an extra fee.

Important Considerations

  • Domestic Orders Only: All our shipping is currently domestic only. Once a parcel is dispatched, we cannot accommodate address changes. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order to avoid any issues.
  • Pre-Order or Custom Items: Please keep in mind that products pre-ordered or custom ordered are under production and will be ready for delivery within 4-6 weeks. You will receive an email update when the items are ready to ship.
  • Modifying or Canceling an Order: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us promptly at support@hairrani.com. We strive to process orders quickly, but we'll make every effort to accommodate your request. Once your order has been processed, unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to the order details. It's important to ensure that your shipping address, including the postal code and company name (if applicable for office buildings), is accurate during checkout to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.
  • Incorrect address issues: In the event that you've entered an incorrect address, please note that this may result in delays of up to 4 weeks, as the courier service will attempt to return the package to us. Rest assured, we're here to assist you throughout this process and ensure a smooth shopping experience with HairRani.
  • Returned Items: In the unlikely event that any shipments are returned back to us for reasons such as customer unavailability, wrong/ incomplete shipping details or customer rejection of the package, there will be a deduction of AED 20 restocking fee and store credit is issued for the remaining balance.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: HairRani is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with any concerns once you receive the shipping confirmation and tracking number.
