• Can be re-coloured as needed (except for the shade: onyx). The natural black colour is virgin hair and takes on any colour changes the easiest.

Detangle the hair after every use and store carefully in the storage pouch provided. Frequent wash is not required for The Face Frame however, if it feels dirty or laden with hair product, wash with a mild hyrdrating shampoo and then deep condition before rinsing off with cool water and letting it air dry. Do not sleep with your extensions on.

We do not accept returns. If there are any issues, you can apply for an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product as long as the product is unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. Please note: Products bought on sale and in-person are not eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy for more information.
